Dr. Jesse Mead sits at the forefront of Manual Medicine today. He has leveraged almost 10 years of college, numerous seminars, childlike curiosity, an open mind and a natural talent for evaluating human movement into a skill set unique to the state of Maine. Dr. Mead received his Bachelors Degree from Bridgewater State University in exercise science. He received his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification in 2005 and has many years of experience helping out a variety of people from professional athletes, to chronic pain patients, to everyday Mom and Dad’s reach their goals. He attended Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida, graduating in 2010 with his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. Since 2010 Dr. Mead has been blending techniques to develop the SiSU Mentality method which has been scientifically proven to efficiently and consistently carry people to their goals. He has extensive knowledge of skeletal mechanics and the healing responses of the human body and utilizes this knowledge to create personalized treatment plans for his patients. Dr. Mead’s mission is to get you excited about activating and expressing all your capabilities. He specializes in restoring your mobility by using a mixture of techniques derived from traditional care, massage therapy, physical therapy (American, Eastern European and Australian techniques) and chiropractic care to give you a broader range of treatment options.
